I am a London based artist but have also worked as an interior stylist for Designers Guild for the past 24 years.

my love of folk and Indian textile design have inspired my love of the simplicity of board and wire as a canvas, this was the start of the development of my painting technique.

Grouping the paintings allows me to make decorative stories, playing with scale, shape and texture, often scratching away the surface to reveal other textures and marks.

In recent years the patterns have become more abstract which have pace and flow but each piece embraces the natural occurring free explorative creative process. I never know where it will go.

I enjoy my work being shown alone as flashes of coloured abstraction, but also love them being shown as a collection with other artists work as an extended language of mark.
